Allen Jeffcoat attends 2006 Estate Planning Seminar in St. Croix
Allen Jeffcoat attended 2006 Mid-Winter Tax & Estate Planning Conference, a 4-day continuing legal education program sponsored by the National Law Foundation, at St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, on January 15-22, 2006. Mr. Jeffcoat attended presentations on planning and drafting with the generation-skipping tax, marital deduction issues, recent and upcoming changes in estate tax laws, case studies on estate planning issues, and ethical issues confronting estate planning and tax practitioners. Participants and speakers included experienced estate planning attorneys from all across the United States.
